I’m Lena — I’m a Space Planner and Certified Professional Organiser specialising in custom storage design.
Before founding Space Commanders, I spent over 16 years as a User Experience (UX) Architect, designing digital products and services that put people first. My work centred on understanding real behaviours, solving complex problems and creating solutions that felt intuitive, effortless and easy to use.
Today, I apply the same human-centred design thinking to homes. I design storage and organisation systems that are practical, lasting and easy to maintain — because a home should work for you, not against you.
My work focuses on three core areas:
- Space Planning — designing for usability, flow and daily routines. This forms the foundation of everything I do.
- Storage Design — creating practical and efficient cabinetry layouts so space is fully optimised and easy to use.
- Home Organisation — building sustainable systems that stay clutter-free, helping you sort, declutter and organise in a way that fits naturally into your life.
With my UX background, I bring a user-first mindset into every project — listening closely, understanding your lifestyle and designing systems tailored specifically to you.
My role isn’t just about design and organising. It’s about helping you feel more in control of your space, and creating a sense of clarity, comfort and calm in your everyday life. My end goal isn’t just to make your space look tidy; it’s to make it work beautifully.
